Booking & Payment:
Bookings are confirmed via email once the required 50% deposit has been received. The remaining balance is to be paid during your stay with us. By paying the deposit, you accept these terms.

Cancellation & Refunds:

• 4+ months before arrival: Full refund minus a $100 booking fee.

• 90-60 days before arrival: Option to receive a 50% deposit refund or transfer the deposit to a future stay.

• 59-30 days before arrival: Deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another date.

• Less than 30 days before arrival: No refunds or date transfers allowed.

Airport Transfers:
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen delays or cancellations. Our transport provider requires at least 5 hours’ notice for flight changes or cancellations. If no notice is given and the driver has already departed, you will be responsible for the transport fee.

• Flight delay (2-4 hours): $20 additional fee.

• Flight cancellation: You will need to cover both the missed and rescheduled transport costs.
  

Minimum Age Requirement:
Guests must be 18 or older to book independently.

Liability & Risk:
Guests participate in activities at their own risk. Boom Surf Tours is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of property. By booking, you agree to waive any claims against Boom Surf Tours and take full responsibility for your safety. We recommend guests assess their own health and fitness before engaging in any activities.
